This brief call gives us a chance to discuss what you are looking for support with, answer questions, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. My practice is best suited for those seeking thoughtful, ongoing therapy and meaningful change.

Session fee: $190 per 50-minute individual psychotherapy session. Insurance receipts provided.

Individual Psychotherapy for Women

Virtual psychotherapy for women in Ontario. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in meaningful, collaborative therapy for those seeking greater clarity, resilience, and lasting change.

You may look like you’re managing on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or stretched thin underneath. I offer virtual therapy for women, and I welcome 2SLGBTQI+ clients seeking deeper, lasting change.

Psychotherapy

I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering virtual therapy for women and 2SLGBTQI+ clients who may look like they are managing on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, emotionally stretched, or weighed down underneath.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating chronic stress, trauma, difficult family dynamics, relationship patterns, grief, health-related strain, menopause or perimenopause, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed. We work at a pace that supports depth, steadiness, and meaningful change over time. Therapy with me is often a good fit for people who are looking for ongoing support, deeper insight, and lasting change rather than a quick fix.

Free 15-minute consultation calls are available for new clients.

I also offer coaching selectively for professionals and leaders, as well as mindfulness-based support informed by Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), where appropriate.
