MBSR helps people struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and chronic pain to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, focus, and memory, develop more awareness, and resilience, and cope more effectively with short-term and long-term stress. It is important to me to help you cultivate the capacity to engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.

I also provide ongoing and one-time mindfulness based programs for organizations, groups and individuals.

I see you as the expert of you, as we walk together hand-in-hand, peeling back the layers and guiding you with strategies for healing, understanding & creating new patterns to bring you ease. I draw from the evidence-based practices of ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, Trauma therapy & Attachment Theory.

Having an auto-immune condition gives me a unique perspective and approach to the mind-body connection. I also had to learn to disentangle and heal from unhealthy dysfunctional family patterns so I relate to your challenges.
